village of Ostar Kamuk, Sivri Kaya locality in Haskovo, BulgariaOne of the most important and interesting sites here is the dolmen called Kamennata Kashta (The Stone House), which is located on the right side of the road to the village, about 500-700 metres from Ostar Kamak peak. Only three of the walls of the dolmen have survived, as the front slab was already missing in the 1950s.
INTERESTING FACTS
Dolmens are remarkable monuments of ancient Thracian culture and can be seen only in the mountains of Strandja and Sakar, with several also in the Eastern Rhodopes.
