village of Chernogorovo in Haskovo, BulgariaIn 1886 a resident of the village, after having a vision in his dream, discovered a holy spring in his field, which he donated for the construction of a chapel. The holy place underwent serious restoration after the year 2000. The old chapel was renovated and a two-storey building was made for accommodating the visitors.
INTERESTING FACTS
Every year, on the eve of the Feast of the Assumption of Virgin Mary, many people come here to praise the Lord's mother. Next to the outer gates of the monastery a beautiful fountain was built, where people can drink from the healing water of the holy spring.
